1. Refunds are issued once the returned products have been inspected by our warehouse team.
2. The refund process can take up to 10 business days after product return verification.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. 
4. If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact customer service immediately with supporting photos.
5. Full refunds will be issued for products that are out of stock or discontinued.
